I understand that working with animals involves inherent risks and agree to release and hold harmless Laura Halbert/Hare & Hound NW from injury, loss, or damage related to services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I agree to be financially responsible for any veterinary care and/or emergency expenses incurred on behalf of my pet(s).

I consent to Laura Halbert/Hare & Hound NW taking photos and videos of my pet(s) during services and using them for their website, social media pages, and marketing materials.
