Walks & Drop-In Home Visits

48-hour notice: Full refund or no charge

Less than 48-hour notice: 100% of total booking due
Overnight Pet Sitting

7+ day notice: Full refund or no charge

3–6-day notice: 50% of total booking due

Less than 72-hour notice: 100% of total booking due
Holiday Bookings
(Holidays include major dates such as New Year's Eve & Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Day)

Emergency Exceptions
We may waive cancellation fees in cases of:

No-Shows
If we arrive and cannot access the home or pet, the visit will be charged in full.
Early Returns
If you return home early, unused visits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
